Precautions

1. As far as I'm concerned , We can buy some tokens from TB. It will be difficult for users in China to sign in, let alone purchase tokens. But, we can buy some tokens from TaoBao, which will be at the same price as it is sold from OpenAI.
2. I'm now devoted myself to trying deploying it by using the transit tokens, which will be cheaper but i will use the baseURL. I deem it's pratical.
